2004
Ningbo Yinzhou Fengte Electric Motor Co., Ltd. was established, initially producing motors for mahjong machines.
2012
We have begun offering production and contract manufacturing services for barbecue motors and have received positive feedback.
2016
Due to business changes and development needs, Ningbo Fengtech Motor Co., Ltd. was established.
2017
The product has obtained UL certification, and its quality and design have been further improved.
2018
We have moved to a new factory location with an area of over 12,000 square meters, which has increased our warehousing capacity.
2019
The introduction of an ERP management system and a panel control system has improved inventory management and quality control.
2020
Through the ISO9001 management system, we enhance employees’ safety awareness and operational awareness.
2023
We have received honors such as being recognized as a high-tech enterprise and a technology-based enterprise.
2025
A new R&D center was constructed, and in-house testing equipment was developed.

Our factory is located in Haishu District, Ningbo, China, covering an area of over 12,000 square meters and employing more than 100 people. It features an advanced automated assembly system, with separate workshops for assembly, winding, testing, and packaging. Equipped with an ERP management system, every order and every component is meticulously recorded, ensuring both quality and production efficiency.

Our Factory's Quality Inspection Process
Internal Motor Installation Test
The internal motor is assembled with the casing and tested using professional equipment to ensure the stability of the screws and prevent any shaking or abnormal noises.
Barbecue Grill Motor Startup Test
Verify that the switch is functional, that it can start and stop the device properly, that there are no unusual noises, and that the indicator lights are working correctly.
Check the Power Cable
Based on order requirements and customer needs, select the appropriate power cord and match it with the motor, checking parameters such as voltage and power cord length.
Labeling
Attach labels bearing the customer’s logo, displaying information such as the motor’s parameters and model number.
Packaging Completed.
The motor, power cord, accessories, and instruction manual are placed in the packaging box and packaged. Each part is packaged by our workers to ensure the integrity of the parts.
