Customization Process

Evaluation and Project Approval
You can discuss your customized motor requirements in detail with our engineering team. After you provide specific requirements (including shape, parameters, packaging, and instructions), we will conduct an evaluation to determine feasibility.

Product Design
After the project is approved, our engineers will use professional design software to design the motor’s structure and pre-design the packaging dimensions. We will strive to address the challenges the motor faces under conditions such as high load and high temperature.

Product Prototyping and Testing
Based on the design drawings and customer requirements, product prototypes are created. After installing the motor, load tests, temperature tests, and other tests are performed. The contents of the instruction manual are also checked for accuracy. The tested samples are then sent to the customer for inspection and a second round of testing to confirm whether they meet production requirements.

Raw Material Production and Preparation
After quality confirmation, our factory will prepare the necessary internal motors, metal casings, and accessories for the product. All components will be stored in the warehouse for processing, and after all procedures are completed, assembly and testing will be performed.

Waiting for Shipment
After all products are completed and assembled, they are packaged, labeled, and counted to ensure the correct quantity and quality. The prepared goods are then stored in the shipping area, awaiting shipment.
